Privacy Settings
Once your Vensa account is fully verified and connected to your medical record, you will have access to a new set of settings. Patients may change these settings at any time.
Log in to your Portal account on login.vensa.com and press the menu (three bars at the top left of the screen). Head to SETTINGS > PRIVACY > YOUR MEDICAL CENTRE and you'll see your privacy settings.
You will need to decide what your Portal will do with your medical data. You can choose to access all of your medical data or limit access on your Vensa Portal, using the toggles on the right.
❕ If you toggle off (red) any of the above, you will not be able to see this information on your Vensa Health Record section.
Storage Consent
You can also choose to securely store information. If you enable storage, information retrieved with your consent may be securely kept within the portal so you can view it again later in your 'Health Record' and 'Lab Results' menu. If you turn storage off, or remove access to a category, the portal will begin removing that stored information from your account.
The storage consent in your privacy settings only affect what you choose to view on your Health Record & Lab Results menu. Some limited records of actions you take in the portal (such as booking an appointment or requesting a prescription) are kept to support safe clinical care and administration.
