How does it work?
- The patient receives a text and/or email informing them of their account balance and a personalised secure link.
- Patient clicks on the link to open their secure invoice linked to their account balance in your PMS (note: no service details are displayed for privacy).
- Accepting the invoice, the patient can click 'Pay Now'. They have the choice of paying via Visa, Master Card, ApplePay, GooglePay or via Poli bank-to-bank. A receipt of payment is automatically sent via email and the invoice is immediately reconciled in Medtech.

What does the Automatic Reconciliation Look like?
Security is Number One: Card details are not collected in any way. We use Stripe as our payment platform (which conforms to PCI DSS standards) and PoLi for bank to bank transactions. For more details, click here for Stripe security and here for Poli security.
