Paying Your Medical Invoices Online

From time to time, your medical centre might send you an outstanding invoice to your email or mobile phone. The message will contain a secure link, which will bring up an overview of your current balance. If you have more than one invoice outstanding, you will see them itemised. If you are the account holder for another patient, you might also receive their invoices.

You will be able to see:

  • Dates of your invoices
  • Amount due for each invoice and the total

Please note that the specific service you have received that day will not be shown to maintain your privacy. This will only be revealed once you have made payment and requested a receipt.

You can select from these secure payment methods:

  • Credit or debit card
  • ApplePay (if set up on your device)
  • GooglePay (if set up on your device)
  • Poli bank-to-bank transfer

Once you have successfully made your payment it will be credited to your practice account instantly. You can also opt to have a receipt sent to your email address. The receipt will itemise the specific services you have received for your records or to claim this with your insurance.
