Paying invoices on Vensa

From time to time, your medical centre might send you an outstanding invoice to your email address or mobile phone. The message will contain a secure link, which will bring up an overview of your current balance. If you are the account holder for multiple patients, you will not just receive your own invoices. If you have more than one invoice outstanding, you will see them itemised.

You will be able to see:

  • Dates of your invoices
  • Amount due for each invoice and the total

Please note that the specific service you have received that day will not be shown due to privacy. This will only be revealed once you have made payment and requested a receipt.

You can select from these different payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card
  • ApplePay (if set up on your device)
  • GooglePay (if set up on your device
  • Poli bank-to-bank transfer

Once you have successfully made your payment you can opt to have a receipt sent to your email address. The receipt will itemise the specific services you have received in case you need to claim this with insurance. Your payment will be added to your medical account instantly.
