Error Downloading/Opening Health Documents

When accessing Health Documents on an iPhone with Chrome or Safari, your browser might be blocking the document from opening.

To open your Health Document, please follow the steps below.

 

How to change your settings on IOS - Chrome:

In Chrome, head to the > BOTTOM THREE DOTS to bring up the browser menu.
Click > SETTINGS and then scroll down to > CONTENT SETTINGS.
Open the > BLOCK POPUPS menu and toggle this setting to > OFF (so it’s grey, not green). 
Confirm and save by clicking the > TICK on the top right corner.
You can now return to your health document in Chrome and try again to > DOWNLOAD YOUR DOCUMENT.

 

 

How to change your settings on IOS - Safari:

Open the > SETTINGS app on your iPhone (grey gear icon)
Scroll down and tap > SAFARI
Under the General section, find > BLOCK POPUPS
Toggle it > OFF (so it’s grey, not green)
You can now return to your health document in Safari and try again to > DOWNLOAD YOUR DOCUMENT.
