Error Downloading Health Documents
When accessing Health Documents on an iPhone with Chrome, your browser might be blocking the document from opening.
To open your Health Document, you can either use a different browser on your iPhone (Safari), or follow the steps below to allow the document to open in Chrome.
How to change your settings on IOS - Chrome:
Head to the > BOTTOM THREE DOTS to bring up the browser menu.
Click > SETTINGS and then scroll down to > CONTENT SETTINGS.
Open the > BLOCK POPUPS menu and toggle this setting to OFF. It needs to show as greyed out.
Confirm and save by clicking the > TICK ON THE TOP RIGHT. Done.
You can now try again to > CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD YOUR DOCUMENT.
