Automatic removal of Care Circle members

Read more about why some of your Care Circle dependants might be removed automatically from your account

With Vensa, you can add your underage children to your Care Circle to easily take care of your family's health. Once your child is old enough, they will be automatically removed from your Vensa account. Every medical centre has strict policies in place to protect their patients  privacy. The removal of Care Circle members usually happens when children turn between 16-18 years old.

As they are becoming of age, they now have their own voice and rights to decide what happens with their medical data and who this is being shared with.

Once the identity verification is being removed from your Care Circle, you will no longer have access to their Health Record, but will still be able to book appointments for them.

If you child is over the age of 16, they now can set up their own Vensa account with their own email address but contacting the medical centre. You may also request to have your child added to your Care Circle again, however this is pending approval by your medical centre and consent needs to be obtained from the dependant.
