Updating your legal name on Vensa

  1. Get in touch with your medical centre as they need to update your patient file first.
  2. Send an email to support@vensa.com with your previous name and the new one so we can match this up. Ensure you are sending this email from the email account you are registered with on Vensa.

  1. Log in to your Vensa.com account and head to the "Settings" section.
  2. Choose the "Security" menu and click on your current number/email. 
  3. Follow the prompts to change your mobile number/email address.
Please also consider letting your medical centre know your new number so they can get in touch with you when needed.
