Missing Lab Results or Health Record on Vensa


My Health Record is not being displayed on Vensa

  1. Go on "Practices" and ensure your medical centre is listed there. If not, please as your medical centre to verify your Vensa account or proceed by clicking here.
  2. Head on your "Settings" tab. On top should be your name and details - ensure that it says "Identity Verified". If you are not verified yet, please ask your clinic team to verify your vensa account or proceed here
  3. On your "Settings" tab select "Privacy" to check you have given consent for Vensa to display your data. In order for Vensa to display the record your practice hold about you, all consent toggle buttons need to be set to green.
  4. Get in touch with your medical centre and inquire if they are currently offering an online health record for their patients. Also enquire if your enrolment and funding status is currently eligible for their portal offering.
  5. If all of the above has been checked and you still cannot see your record please get in touch with us and send us details of your issue on patients@vensa.com (inlcude screenshots where possible).

 



I had a blood test recently - where can I see my results?

Please note: If you can see some blood results, but not the latest ones yet, your recent blood tests might not have come back to your GP yet or your GP is yet to review them.
While some blood tests may only take a few days, others can take 1-3 weeks to process.
If a specialist or hospital has ordered the blood tests, we can only display them if they have shared the results with your medical centre.


Lab Results on mobile devices:

Head to login.vensa.com and enter with your email and password. For vision impaired we do recommend accessing the page on a computer. Once logged in, scroll the top menu bar to the right (e.g. swipe from the right to the left ot bring up more items on the right). You should see the following options
- My Health Feed
- Appointments
- Prescriptions
- My Health

Select "My Health" and within this menu "Lab Results". Some results from specialists or hospitals might be logged in the 'Health Documents' section instead.

Lab Results on Desktop Computer:

Head to the left-hand side menu and select "Health Record". You will see a ew menu appear at the top centre with the following options:

- Health Summary
- Labs/Results
- Immunisations
- Health Documents
- Clinical Notes (this might not be available depending on your medical centre)

Select "Lab/Results" to view your recent blood test results. Some results from specialists or hospitals might be logged in the 'Health Documents' section instead.
